Absolutely terrible. I paid an extra $50 for express shipping for my dress to come in time. They emailed me and let me know the dress would arrive 2 days before my prom. Then, the dress didn't even get delivered to me until almost a full week later. I'm glad I bought a backup dress. Do not order from this site. They make it extremely difficult to return any products. With customer service, we have emailed back and forth 18 times now, and they are still being difficult about returning the dress even though they delivered it late and they want to only give me 70% of the money back for the dress, not reimburse me for the express shipping, and want me to pay $30 to ship it back to them. They are ridiculous. Go shop on literally any other website.
