This company needs to be investigated. A massive lawsuit needs to come against them. This company is nothing but a scam scam scam scam. Check the reviews before buying and not on their website on all the other websites, just google stacees.com and I am telling you everyone goes through the exact same thing which means that this company is the biggest scam and they’re very clever because they do it through weddings and Proms. If you buy a dress from this website I guarantee you there’ll be something wrong with it. I will be too small or the colours not right, or it’s just poorly constructed. When you go to try and get a refund, they will not refund you, they try everything in the book to get you to take their minuscule payment offers. I have had over 15 emails going back-and-forth with the company just trying to get a simple refund. It is a scam the biggest scam that is out there at the moment. They are going to respond to this review saying” we are so glad that we were able to resolve the problem” I want you to trust and believe that there’s been no resolve of this problem that’s what they do, They answer peoples reviews like they’ve actually sorted out the problem when they have not. This happened to so many people and I’m not going to let them get away with it.
