Everything that all reviewers are saying is reflective of my current experience. Don’t purchase from them . Purchased prom dresses from 3 other companies that took the return and issued refund immediately. Still sending emails back and forth as they try to make offers for 70% refund amount or keep the dress with some compensation. I want a refund and they’re not giving it!
