They say they make the dress for you but they do not make it well-known that you cannot return it unless you send a picture of your body with the dress and that they say the dress doesn’t fit you or fit you. In other words you’re out a couple hundred dollars, they think it looks fine on you. Horrible customer service and I would never deal with this again. I am not a small woman, but I’m not obese and I wear a size 16 dresses. Never had a problem but they put stays and fake bras in their dresses. And expect it to fit every woman who happens wear a 16 the same way.
