I wish I would’ve found this website with these reviews before I ordered. Every single review is exactly what happened to me.. they refuse to give you a refund. I needed a bridesmaid dress and wanted to order a couple different styles because I know each style will fit me differently based on my body shape. I confirmed with Stacees BEFORE placing my order that I could return as long as it was the original item and had the original tags on it. Once I placed the order (mind you, it was US sizes, not custom), I received an email confirming I didn’t need custom sizing. In my response I confirmed again, that I would be able to return the dresses if they didn’t fit. Out of the 3 dresses, only one fit. They told me to send in pics, I did. They then offered me $20 per dress and that I could resell them on my own. They also made the smart comment how one dress “looked very beautiful” on me when there was definitely an emoji on the picture to cover what the dress DIDN'T COVER. After days of going back and forth with them, they were extremely unprofessional and still refused to give me a refund. I disputed it with my bank. RUN AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!!
