Stacees is a rip-off. I ordered a dress for $159, and though it fit, it looked matronly and not the look I wanted. I asked to return the dress for a full refund. Stacees ignored several of my requests, then said that shipping was expensive so I could keep the dress, sell it myself, and order another dress for $50. I DID NOT NEED NOR WANT another dress, so I refused and asked to return it for a full refund. Again, they ignored me until I threatened to post negative reviews. Eventually, they said they would refund $40 and I should sell the dress myself. What a terrible company with horrible customer service; they basically stole money from me and they lie on their website saying you can return items for full refund. Instead, I bought a beautiful dress from Azazie that is lovely, as is their customer service. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS with Stacees. Rip-off!!
