UNBELIEVABLY poor customer service. I spent $184 on a custom dress with a nonfunctional zipper. It does not zip down. It does not zip up. I reported the problem the same day that the dress finally arrived in the mail. At first, they offered me a 15% discount on my next purchase -- I was like, are you kidding me, what about THIS purchase? What about this stuck zipper? Why would I order a second time from a company that ships defective merchandise? They made me jump through hoops for 10 days with no resolution. I sent a dozen emails and followed all of their stupid instructions ... for instance, make a video of the zipper NOT working and send it to their customer service team. I wasted my time trying to comply with their demands. Turns out their portal does not even support videos! Submitting a video to Stacees isn't even technologically possible. I now know that they were just buying time in an attempt to make me so frustrated that I go away. They have the audacity to email me a still photo of what may or may not have been my dress on a dress form, saying that the zipper is clearly working as evidenced from the photo. LOL, WHAT? And good luck communicating with them since they're located in Hong Kong and barely speak English. They sign their emails with fake American names. These people are deceitful and underhanded. And now I have to run around at the last minute trying to find a seamstress to replace the zipper. Avoid this scam operation at all costs. They ought to be ashamed of themselves.
