Please please please do not order from this company! They are rude and dishonest and don’t stick to their own returns policy. I ordered a bridesmaids dress, I did need four but luckily thought I would just order one and see what it was like before ordering more. It was late arriving and when it did arrive it looked nothing like on the website, the fit was also terrible. I contacted the returns team only to be told they don’t take returns only if faulty, this is NOT what it says on there returns policy which I have read over and over. I sent many emails but I just got the same response, they even offered to send more material to fix the problems! But nothing was going to change the wrong colour and bad fit. I am now left with a dress I can’t use and £103 gone from my wedding fund. I wish I had read more reviews before I purchased, I think a lot of there good reviews are made up. Give this company a big misswhen looking for something for your special day, they have caused me nothing but misery. They do not follow any part of there returns policy , please please avoid!
