I placed an order weeks in advance of needing the gifts. When it became apparent they wouldn’t be received in time(20 plus days from placing the order), I requested the order be canceled and a refund given. I requested this several times and they continued to force the order, shipping it after I had requested it be canceled and ignored my requests. Their “customer” service it automated replies and they completely ignore your actual messages. Now I’m stuck with items/gifts I cannot use and I’m out $50! I would never suggest using this company!
