A frustrated new customer who won't do business with this company.
Kiddies playing at business. I tried to order a battery online through their ordering process. I could not. I then created an account and tried again. Nothing. I wrote to the company and was told I had a browser issue. I didn't. I wrote back and asked if this could be done directly. I have not heard back from them. Some coping skills and learning how to step out of the box might help. Oh, perhaps Gummies and a team game as well...the kind of game where everybody gets a trophy...clap, clap, clap...yeah!
