I am so appreciative of the great service I received from Anne. I had an issue with the delivery of a product I had ordered. We discovered that it had in fact been delivered to my correct office address so the issue was here on my end (possibly misplaced or stolen), but regardless, her follow up and concern was awesome. She could've have brushed it off because the delivery was made, but her concern and follow up continued. THANK YOU for caring and offering real service. Keep up the great work!
