My low rating is because my recent order (efficiently delivered etc.) of a refill pad was to replace an identical one bought only in January this year. That has rapidly started to break up in normal use, leaving a continuous deposit of bits on the stamp itself and resulting in blurred and blotchy prints which seriously disfigure documents every time it is used. After numerous messy attempts to clean it up I decided the only thing was to try a new pad, and if that is no better I shall have to get a new stamp and pad from elsewhere. The original pad supplied with the stamp produced perfect sharp prints for quite a number of years, and I fully expected a replacement pad to do the same, but it is nothing like it. I will see how the second replacement turns out. WR Weston
