Exactly the same as the customer below - I asked why my application to open a fixed-term saver was rejected. Nobody knew. I made a complaint and this is what they said:-
“unfortunately we're not able to share any more information on the reason why your application to open a fixed term saver was rejected. It's likely down to meeting eligibility criteria. We understand this is disappointing, and we're sorry for any inconvenience caused”.
I only wanted to deposit money with them - I thought mistakenly that they were a bank! 🤣🤷
