This was the cheapest travel insurance I could find with my pre-existing medical conditions. Jamie was very helpful and friendly, a really good representative of the company and its values. My only general observation about insurance in general: I do wish all insurers would recognise that many pre-existing conditions can be extremely mild and that medication (e.g. low dose statin and blood pressure medicine) can be taken as a sensible precaution recommended by doctors for healthier long-term prospects, so are therefore a good thing, not something to be penalised for.
