All reasonably straight forward. The declaration of medical conditions can be a bit vague regarding the allowance of a little extra information, so it leaves you wondering if you have provided sufficient details. eg One of my conditions is Metatarsalgia, I can only select it. There are no follow up questions, therefore I could not elaborate on recent surgery. I will phone to double check.
