I Didnt have to wait too long for them to answer the phone, The Guy with whom i spoke too was very pleasant & polite, i told him i only had 20mins to sort the holiday insurance out, as i had another urgent appointment, He went through everything with me as quickly as he could, he was very thorough not leaving anything out..i was very impressed the way he handled my call, he was so obliging knowing i had an urgent appointment..
