Hi Michelle, As I have a broken wrist ,it will take longer than your 14 days cooling off for your travel policy to find out whether or not I would still be able to travel.
Could I suggest to your customers to be very careful when they are considering taking out their policies with you as if they have a similar injury to me, they too will end up losing over £200 which I can ill afford?
As mentioned previously, you contacted me 3 times after I took out the policy to find out if I needed to add anything onto my policy!!!! In other words, (as several of my friends have agreed with me) you were ready to grab my money from me but not willing to give money back!!!!!!! Perhaps it would be an idea for Staysure to review their whole cooling off period procedure.
