One of the worst customer service experiences of my life! Spent 2 hours on the phone running through a quote, answering medical questions in depth. Was told we would be called back to finalise quote at an agreed time. Waited and call never came. So I followed up and was told I had to go through process all over again! So I did and the process was worse than the first time...
It's painful! Went elsewhere and had a far more pleasant customer experience, will NEVER be back!
