Hi, unfortunately after receiving no call back twice from you here is your review. The light fixture is perfect. If it would light up. But it doesn't. Called immediately and the very nice gentleman sent me out a new piece 2 day FedEx. Awesome right? New piece didn't work either. Tested my wires in my house and they were fine. Called you guys. Waited. Called again. Ordered new light from China and it works perfectly. Really disappointed with your product and the end result of your customer service. Really wanted my custom light to work. Hoping to return it next week to hopefully get my money back.
