Ordered lighting December 14, 2021 and received notice within a couple of days saying order was being prepared and presumably shipped soon. Great! Jan. 3rd and nothing received, so I checked UPS tracking and see that shipment was cancelled. ?? Called Steel that day and left message asking for information regarding order. It is now 30 hours or so later and I have yet to receive a reply. I understand the issue with supply chain problems and winter weather, and I can sympathize with a manning issue due to Covid, but if any of those are the reason, please communicate that. But “order cancelled”? What’s up Steel? Please let me know if you are unable to satisfy my order so I can go to another source.
