This is my experience in steven Eagell Toyota Luton. Avoid avoid never ever go to this place.it’s ok at the beginning but when you place and order and then try to cancel it they all say you can’t cancel it but I know it’s my right if I want to cancel my order I can. Having said that I went for a test drive and o liked the car but me and wife wanted to think about it but the sales man(isham) told me that I can always cancel the order if I can’t make it and I would get my deposit back. And now they telling me I can’t get my deposit back and also I can’t cancell my order.and I have spoken to advise bureau and they said that there is no way they can tell me they can’t cancell an order.anyway I am going back again tomorrow to see the manager as the manager was not in today. I am not having this as I am going to take this further. Even the managers they are the same aswell. Guys take my advise avoid this place. I will write the outcome of my case here so do look for it.
