I have had Toyotas from 2006 and have dealt mainly with the Aylesbury Branch. My husband purchased the CH-R and was very disappointed with the car so the guys sourced him a Yaris within a very sort period. With the CH-R they had included 2 free Services which were never used and there appears to now be a problem and we are being told he will have to pay for a service plan now. I have a car on order with them and will say once this arrives we will not be using Aylesbury branch again when it comes to changing our cars. Very disappointed with them so will try the services of the Milton Keynes branch
