I bought an item online,advertised as boxing day sale. I am usually a size 10 feet. Unfortunately this slides were a bit tight so I requested for a bigger size. I was told there is no exchange or refund if items bought online for those on sale. I need to pay full price i Similar to airline tickets. Only items bought on full price covers exchange and refund. I would have excepted if this was a clearance item. It was a regular item. This is the first shop that I have experienced this. So be careful if you're going to buy any item that shows discount pricing online. If it doesn't fit,you will loose your money. Never buy a gift for anyone. If he or she doesn't like it ,there is no refund or exchange unless you have paid full price. Not going to shop again with Sterling Sports.
