“Bought shoes for Boxing day sales. Never got an email about dispatch. Had to go to a physical shop for them to contact Head office. Got an email shortly after that item was sold out in that size and a refund had been made. I sent numerous emails wanting to get a different size for same sale price. Never got a reply. Useless. They are happy enough to send me several advertising emails every week. I will never buy from them again.”

If he or she doesn't like it ,there is no refund or exchange unless you have paid full price.

I rang and emailed the refund office and half an hour later my girl received the second voucher. Thank you to the young lady who served us over the phone, she was very kind and helpful Great customer service, we will be buying from your store again.”

The cap got damaged and now we are still waiting for replacement.
