Bought shoes for Boxing day sales. Never got an email about dispatch. Had to go to a physical shop for them to contact Head office. Got an email shortly after that item was sold out in that size and a refund had been made. I sent numerous emails wanting to get a different size for same sale price. Never got a reply. Useless. They are happy enough to send me several advertising emails every week. I will never buy from them again.
