My advice is to never buy online from Stirling Sports, and instead to shop instore. I ordered two sweatshirts online for $100. I made sure to read the 'Returns and Exchange FAQ's' to make sure that I could take them in to my local store in Taupo, and swap for a bigger size if necessary. However, when I went to the store to try and exchange one of my items for a bigger size, the store manager informed me that because of the GST, she would lose money, and that she therefore could not do the swap. I found it hard to understand, as the exact same items were priced exactly the same instore???Very disappointed and wont be shopping online again.
