Had my Car Service and MOT yesterday with Stoneacre Wallasey on the Wirral. Stoneacres kept in touch after I had booked - with several reminders. They warned me last year that new tyres would be required this year. I had been concerned that as the main dealership, they might charge over the odds. So I had checked prices with other tyre suppliers. Stoneacres' prices were lower. The car was picked up at 8.15am and back with me before midday. (washed and valeted). I had a text message asking if I wanted them to proceeed with replacing the tyres and informing me what the price was. Then I had a phone call from Sonja (who was very bright and cheery) so that I could settle the account. I had the choice of paying the whole amount or making 4 separate payments over a certain period. Overall a very pleasant experience. Thank you Stoneacre. The man who picked up the car was friendly and polite. A very good experience from start to finish. The Company and I communicated in several ways - phone, text message, email, online. They were very thorough.
