“Had my Car Service and MOT yesterday with Stoneacre Wallasey on the Wirral.
Stoneacres kept in touch after I had booked - with several reminders. They warned me last year that new tyres would be required this year. I had been concerned that as the main dealership, they might charge over the odds. So I had checked prices with other tyre suppliers. Stoneacres' prices were lower. The car was picked up at 8.15am and back with me before midday. (washed and valeted). I had a text message asking if I wanted them to proceeed with replacing the tyres and informing me what the price was. Then I had a phone call from Sonja (who was very bright and cheery) so that I could settle the account. I had the choice of paying the whole amount or making 4 separate payments over a certain period. Overall a very pleasant experience. Thank you Stoneacre.

I paid for the work that needed completing to enable the car to pass its MOT and found a regular garage to take another look at the car, £380 to fix the problem and could not find the ‘oil leak’ that stoneacre wanted £869 to ‘fix’. Absolute rip off.”

“Popped in with my Mazda 2 hybrid today, the tyre pressure warning wouldn’t reset. I spoke to the team in Mazda and I explained I was happy to arrange to come back and make an appointment.
It would have been simple to just book me in. Team Mazda went above and beyond and a technician came out, tested the vehicle system on his gizmo, there was a fault and two or three minutes later it was all resolved.
