The quality of the photos was 12 megapixels. However, they were super grainy and not vibrant colors at all. I previously had ordered mixtiles and I was very satisfied. Storyboards is not worth the savings at all. I emailed them that I wanted a refund and they said they sent a return label and they didn’t. There was nothing attached and their guarantee said you don’t even have to return ship them if you are unsatisfied. More than half of them didn’t even arrive on the promise date either. The people pictures look horrible. So grainy and pixelated. Their printer is awful. I am waiting to get the rest of my story boards which will probably also look horrible and a full refund. There was also no shipping confirmation or order confirmation email.
