In addition to the payment of 4 photo tiles, I was also charged an additional $29.99. No explanation was given why I was charged the 2nd time. I tried to ask for a REFUND of $29.99 by 2 phone calls, 2 emails and 1 online request on their website, but all was IGNORED and they never replied to my request. After over 3 months of waiting, I decided to file a complaint with BBB & AARP. This is scam. Because they got my VISA credit card, they charged me TWICE already. The last time I checked my VISA statement (9/29/24), there's no REFUND yet. I'll let the BBB & AARP deal with this scammers.
