I ordered on September 26th, on September 27th my first shipping label was complete. I tried to contact them to no avail on October 3rd. October 7th I got apologies and they said they would be sending my photos. October 9th my second shipping label was complete. As of today October 11th UPS doesn't have possession of my package.
