You need to cancel before the trial ends .I tried to cancel but I got an error because in process .they charged me one month.they won't refund me .I received those three tiles today took over a week . They use some sort of foam under the picture .very light and cheap looking .worst product I have seen .I tried mixtiles ,another website based photo print .way way way better ! Stay clear .from story boards truly ..
