SMALL BUSINESSES, do NOT trust stripe for merchant services. This company does not protect your money. We had a relstionship with Stripe for years, with several completed transactions, and we never had a chargeback. One day we got a unauthorized payment dispute of more than $1,600 from a client we helped 3 months prior to the dispute. Stripe immediately refunded the money to fraudulent client, and charged our account. Do not trust Stripe. You are not protected from even the most obvious fraud. Furthermore, out of nowhere they started charging us random fees [additional taxes, invoice fees]. These random fees came and as we werent using their merchant services.
