Dear Stripe Support Team, I am writing to express our extreme dissatisfaction with the handling of our manual payout, which we have been following up on for the past six days. Despite our persistent efforts, your support team has failed to provide a clear explanation for why the payout has not been executed. We have been repeatedly told to "check this time" or "wait until midnight," only to be informed later that an issue was found, requiring us to cancel the payout and reinitiate it. This process has been nothing short of frustrating and inefficient. As a result of these delays, we have lost a valuable customer due to our inability to transfer funds on time. This is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the level of service Stripe provides. It is particularly concerning that your frontline support staff seem to lack direct communication with the senior support team, and the senior team appears unresponsive and dismissive of our urgent concerns. This disconnect has left us stranded and unable to resolve the issue promptly. We are deeply disappointed by this experience, and it is unclear who will take responsibility for the damages we have incurred as a result of your service failures. We have maintained detailed logs and email correspondence documenting Stripe support’s unfulfilled promises, and we are prepared to escalate this matter legally to seek compensation for our losses. We demand an immediate resolution to this issue, a thorough explanation of what went wrong, and assurance that this will not happen again. Additionally, we expect Stripe to address the financial impact this has had on our business. Please treat this matter with the urgency it deserves and respond promptly.

I had an awful experience with Stripe. They owe me £800 which they have refused to release from my account, I was doing some freelance yoga online teaching in Barcelona. Five years later they ask me for proof of address in Barcelona but obviously I had moved so they refused to give me my earnings in the UK. Secondly I opened a new account off my yoga studio. One customer decided to not pay her membership and she’s on a contract. They charged me £20 for the dispute then she won even though I had evidence of terms and conditions and contract policy plus emails stating that she would pay. They do not look after their merchants or customers and they are just wanton to take your money. Do not trust them!!!

I was duped here, two occasions. One investment one tax but my report to EriB.iO made them release my money...

It looked like some cool tech, and less expensive for ACH which is why it had appeal. However, the delays they communicate as "for your security" are bogus. 12-14 days to process an ACH is insane. You could mail a check, and mail a receipt faster than processing something completely electronically. Stick with QBO or Square, they are more expensive but they are tried and true.

Despite submitting multiple withdrawal requests, my funds were not released until I contacted ERIBIO and subsequently process my withdrawal, allowing me to recover my money.

Any payment processor is better these clowns will accept your business then close your account after you start making money and essentially seize it destroying your business. They blocked my account more then year ago & still didn't refund my money! Obviously Stripe scamming company!!!! Be aware

I ran into issues when I tried to get my money back, which made me doubt the platform's legitimacy—especially since they continued asking for more money. Fortunately, I found some comforting reviews of T R E B L E S L T D*C O M, which eventually enabled me to get my money and profit back.

It was a horrible experience; I never thought I could be so easily tricked and have 73,000 taken by deceptive and fraudulent means. They conned me for weeks before asking for additional funds. Only with AIXALTD.COM assistance and intervention was I able to retract my funds. I'm glad mine was recoverable; perhaps, you won't fall for these scam websites.

I was provided with top-notch service and they presented information that was very detailed and informative and they made me feel very confident in them because "" Mrs. Morris Meihua"" provided constant updates about the process and how to tackle the situation. Their approach is so multi-faceted they will cover all angles to retrieve your money. I have already recovered a total of 75,000 Euros and they are still continuing to provide really great service and I feel very confident in them. I am very grateful that I was able to get in touch with Payback because their efforts have provided me with really great hope.... I encountered a situation where I was consistently met with unfulfilled promises and requests for additional payments. This experience was extremely frustrating, leaving me feeling deceived and exploited. I was unable to make contact for weeks, and when I finally received a response, I was given false information regarding the payments. Consequently, I submitted a complaint to M E R S E Y H I P***C O M, and began my repatriation process.

I’ve been working in the digital space for over 15 years, and my experience with Stripe has been incredibly disappointing. After providing all the necessary documents for my business, my account was suspended without a clear explanation. Despite repeated attempts to resolve the issue, Stripe closed my account and withheld my funds. This not only caused financial loss for me but also left me unable to process refunds for my customers, damaging my business's reputation. The lack of transparency and support was extremely frustrating. I would not recommend Stripe to anyone looking for a reliable payment processor.

That's all I can say to qualify this: wickedness. How can you purposefully deceive me, steal my money in the hopes of a profitable transaction, and take everything I owned, if not for? T O N E L I M I T E D.C O M, that made me grin again and returned my money.

I strongly advise against using Stripe for your payment processing needs. This company is incredibly careless and unprofessional. They have a habit of charging your customers' payments, but when issues arise, they completely ignore you. Their customer service is non-existent, and they will not respond to any inquiries or attempt to resolve problems. On top of that, I've experienced what seems like fraudulent behavior – they take the money and leave you stranded. Don't waste your time with them. There are far better and more reliable payment processors out there.

Hi, i am complaining about some scammers, i was scammed $230,000 which is my life future saving that i invested it to this company, i was told to mail their support because i have a pending withdrawal which i did , along the line there Freeze my account and there didn't offer me the help which i ask for after sending them all there want and then i was so worried and depressed, I couldn't bear it with my self anymore because i don't want to die of inner pain,so i decided to share it online, and that was how i came across a company which is called recovery investment lost funds, so i decide to take a try to see if there can help me, by then i feel so worried again because of the intrusion there gave no me, because i never wanted to fall into any activities that has to do with scam,so i said let me give it a try and i do what there requested, and everything goes well for me, All thanks to Mrs,Morris Meihua. for helping me recover all the money that i invested and i was so courageous and happy.You can contact them if you are having any problem on your investment website or finding it so difficult for you to withdraw your money from any broker which you have invested your money on,there are so fast and reliable, there can help you out. SMALL BUSINESSES, do NOT trust stripe for merchant services. This company does not protect your money. We had a relstionship with Stripe for years, with several completed transactions, and we never had a chargeback. One day we got a unauthorized payment dispute of more than $1,600 from a client we helped 3 months prior to the dispute. Stripe immediately refunded the money to fraudulent client, and charged our account. Do not trust Stripe. You are not protected from even the most obvious fraud. Furthermore, out of nowhere they started charging us random fees [additional taxes, invoice fees]. These random fees came and as we werent using their merchant services.

They promised a guaranteed return on my investment but after investing my life savings, I got nothing in return. They seemed legitimate at first, but it was all a scam. I urge people to stay away from awful platforms and not risk their hard-earned money like I did. Reported a scam to Mrs. Doris Ashley. Email: dorisashley71 (@) gmail. Com. They have terrible customer service. Find another company. They told me they would get back to me in 3 minutes. It has been an hour. I had someone email me telling me they called, but I have been staring at my phone and they never called. I then emailed them back and told them to call me. They haven't followed up yet. The worst part is I now lost an hour of my work day, possibly more, when I probably only need to speak to them for 30 seconds to a minute.

My account is profitable, but when I want to withdraw $127,000 of my hard-earned money, no one at this company returns my calls, emails, or texts. For months, I have followed up with them, but I have not received a response. However, after reading a tip about how some people were able to get their money back, I discovered the cybersecurity and anti-fraud website team AixaLTD. C O M, and when I contacted them, they were able to assist me. I appreciate AixaLTD. C O M assistance in getting my money and profit back.

The company froze my funds because of verification. I tried using their 24/7 chat and they always disconnected on their end randomly. I then called them as it got ridiculous submitting all the required documents. Some requests where silly but I did them as I wanted to be verified. It was sent to manual review and when they told me all the info looks good they dissapeared and sent a new agent starting from square 1. She had no idea what she was on about saying my document wasnt valid type to which she listed the document type and sure enough she listed what I sent. Completely ridiculous and their online help are NPCs they repeat dialogue like a bot and don't provide any useful information.
