This company is a scam organisation. Please see most up to date 1 star reviews on trustpilot to see how they operate. First stage customer service is very responsive and pleasant, you see regular online presence and feel reassured. This is where it ends. You sign up to a course and complete it only to get to the point of trying to obtain your exam vouchers to actually take the exam, then they fail to release the exam vouchers giving multiple excuses including technical delays. When this inevitably drags on for months and you request a refund they say you cant be refunded as you have started their course. The course is of course meaningless without being able to access the official textbook and exams and get the actual certification. It’s a fully-fledged scam. They even put up a fight when trying to get a refund via credit card/paypal. They delete all negative comments on their social media within hours and I can only assume they pay for positive reviews and likes or else they were once legitimate and have been taken over by scammers.
