I bought the Prince 2 7 ultimate foundation course in October. They continued to tell me my exam voucher would be processed but it has not been. I requested a refund if they could not provide it but no refund either. In fact as per PeopleCert, study 365 is operating under different names and no longer has an association with the exam provider so it seems they are just a scam now. They had a lot of opportunity to rectify but did not

"I regret not researching them further before employing them. Nevertheless, I am grateful that when I complained to Treblesltd /com last week, they assisted me in getting my money back.

Scam company which charges 100s of pounds for a substandard education and then refuses to supply exam vouchers. Don’t believe the fake reviews, all the negative ones tell the same story.

I have finished my Business analyst foundation course since over 90 days, the school is unable to set official exam date for me. They quickly deregistered me and I have no more access to the portal. I have almost forgotten what I learned. I have emailed and chatted via whatsapp but they are still saying "we will get back to you" but they never did.

After waiting nearly a YEAR for a refund and having Study365 stop replying to my emails and phone calls months ago I decided to try and go ahead with this poorly presented, awful course full of errors which they have failed to deliver time and time again and now I cannot even book the exam! I have registered for the exam and have had no reply in over a week.... what is going on?

Thieves, they take your money, don’t deliver, ignore emails and don’t answer the phone. They also bribe for positive reviews so don’t believe any of it.

Really bad experience with them. Course was purchased in October 23 and I'm still waiting to find out if I'm registered with Pearson. Lots of emails ignored and passed from pillar to post! I was promised a call last week when I asked for the complaints procedure and then it didn't happen.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was sold the Prince2 Foundation & Practitioner courses just before the 2024 New Year, and planned to complete them while I finished my maternity leave and before I returned to work in March. Little did I know that in order to study the course in full and to take the exams, you need to request exam vouchers, and they are currently experiencing a 'glitch' in their systems, and had been well before they sold me the courses. It is now May, and I have had to send multiple emails and make multiple phones only to be told that the vouchers are still not ready, and that because I have accessed a tiny proportion of the materials I am not eligible for a refund. I was completely mis-sold on a product this company is not able to provide. They will take your money and give you nothing back. AVOID.

Requested exam vouchers in January 2024. We are now in May and I'm still waiting. According to my tutor They seem to have some issues as over the last year, judging by various negative reviews, are related to exam vouchers. According to the online tutor, PeopleCert policy mandate that all Accredited Training Providers should issue the exam voucher before the training starts or ASAP on day 1. In this instance it is clear that Study365 are not following the mandated PeopleCert procedure.

As with the customers commenting below, I also haven’t received my exam voucher. They claim there is a technical glitch and won’t provide timelines as to when this will be rectified. I have asked for a refund which they are ignoring.

My experience has been awfu i have rang them constantly, emailed both them and the exam place. Iwould like to officially file a complaint with study 365 about my awful experience while studying with yourselves, no on can tell me who is responsible for the booking error that occurred for the exam portal where I was made to wait over 3 months to sit the exam, when I finally got booking the exam I went onto my dashboard but as the year was up all materials were wiped from the dashboard, i therefore failed the exam by a few marks... as I waited 3 months I don't think it's unreasonable that to allow me access to the materials again to study for the exam. The only response I had was if I want the materials I would need to buy the course again which was £659. Very unprofessional.

While I rate the learning experience positively, it's been an absolute mess to request the exam voucher. I've been waiting since November for an exam voucher that has never arrived! The costumer service is non-existent and unable to provide any updates or resolution to this issue. This delay is greatly damaging my reputation as I have committed to take this qualification in a reasonable timeframe. I'm starting thinking that this is a scam and I will never see my voucher!!

Study 365 took 152 days to provide me with a voucher I paid for. This was due to a 'problem in the system' that I never had anything to do with it. I was barred from my right to decline it and request a full refund because I bought the voucher over a year ago. Interestingly, I had requested my voucher for the exam during the period valid for a refund, and the company failed to provide it! Because of the bad service Study 365 has provided to me, the attendant offered some free courses. All of them totally out of my interest. Aiming to accept the situation, and accept the offer, I questioned if one of my interests could be offered instead. During the email thread, apparently, I was passed to other attendants, and the confusion about my case took over. I am tired of dealing with Study 365, my study plan was affected because of the company's incompetence and I can not even have my money back. I am completely unsatisfied with the outcome so far.

Awful service, I am still waiting after 3 months for my code to complete the course I bought. You are unable to call anyone as they ignore the phones. Avoid at all costs.

This company is a scam organisation. Please see most up to date 1 star reviews on trustpilot to see how they operate. First stage customer service is very responsive and pleasant, you see regular online presence and feel reassured. This is where it ends. You sign up to a course and complete it only to get to the point of trying to obtain your exam vouchers to actually take the exam, then they fail to release the exam vouchers giving multiple excuses including technical delays. When this inevitably drags on for months and you request a refund they say you cant be refunded as you have started their course. The course is of course meaningless without being able to access the official textbook and exams and get the actual certification. It’s a fully-fledged scam. They even put up a fight when trying to get a refund via credit card/paypal. They delete all negative comments on their social media within hours and I can only assume they pay for positive reviews and likes or else they were once legitimate and have been taken over by scammers. Please be warned

It’s been over a month and still not received an exam voucher from them, so I’m stuck in limbo. They don’t answer the customer service phone calls and the email replies just say “they are busy”. It seems they are in major financial difficulties by the sounds of this and other reviews. AVOID

I have been taking a PRINCE2 Agile course from Spain since October. I decided to make the payment in 5 installments and I paid 2 of them. Now that I want to pay the third, the web doesn't allow me to do it, because it appeares a message that says that there are no available payment methods for my location. I want to continue the course, finish paying it and make the exam, but I've sent many mails for weeks and still do not have any answer.

I had a partnership with them to sell my electrical engineering courses. I haven't received any payment from them since April 2022. There are more than 200 students enrolled since then but they don't answer my emails nor want to pay anything. Very bad experience

Exam voucher was paid fair and square months ago by my employer and I don’t have anything left to pay. I studied for months to get pass in Prince2 exam and now after passing I am told by peoplecert that study365 is holding validation of the exam voucher to release my exam results. This is been almost a week that I passed my exam, I have contacted and got nothing but empty replies. I look like a clown with my employer because I have verbally confirmed I passed but can’t provide official result. Why would they take days to validate to say test voucher was bought? You would think training centre would be your friend and do needful, but no. They are useless even in doing the minimum which is to verify I bought the voucher from them. Such a shame that I used them! I still have one more exam voucher from them and am regretting. Never again! Absolute incompetence at display…I don’t know how they have so many good reviews if they are so hopeless. I am now stuck in between peoplecert and study365. This is nightmare

I have just started to study with Study365 from Türkiye, they take a little time to follow up with you either by email or through WhatsApp. I will update my review depending on their service and responses with the days coming, until I finish my journey.
