Not only is Stuhrling a wonderful watch company, with high-quality but affordable time pieces, but they also are incredibly customer centric, providing very responsive customer service. When I received a recent email about a product I had just ordered, I asked if the discount could be applied to my order, and in less than a day I had received a small refund for the discounted amount along with an email thanking me for my business and communicating that the discount had been applied! It was very refreshing dealing with a company this responsive!
