“I recently purchased a Stührling watch, and my experience has been quite mixed. Initially, I was excited to receive the watch, but unfortunately, I encountered several issues that affected my overall satisfaction.
Upon receiving the watch, I noticed that one of the pointers was not positioned correctly. This was disappointing, especially since it was a gift for my son, who was very excited about it. I contacted Stührling's customer support to address the issue, and they were responsive and apologetic, offering to replace the defective watch.
However, the process of returning the defective watch and receiving a replacement was not as smooth as I had hoped. I had to send multiple emails to clarify the return process and confirm the shipping address. Additionally, there was some confusion regarding the packaging for the return, as I no longer had the original box.
The more severe issue I encountered was with the order #114455. The connection between the strap and the watch was defective, causing the strap to come loose repeatedly. This significantly affected the usability of the watch. Despite several emails and voice messages, I did not receive a timely response from Stührling's customer support. This lack of communication was frustrating and led me to contact their CEO, Chaim Fischer, through LinkedIn in an attempt to resolve the issue.
Unfortunately, Stührling never provided a return label, and neither the CEO nor the Operational Manager, nor anyone from customer service responded to my messages. This lack of support was highly disappointing and left me feeling neglected as a customer.
Overall, while the initial issues with the watch were frustrating, the lack of response and support from Stührling's customer service was even more concerning. I hope that Stührling will improve their customer service in the future to ensure a better experience for their customers.”

“Ordered a watch for my husband’s birthday. Should have ordered via Amazon or Macy’s or any other company that actually functions. I have not received so much as a tracking number or confirmation (five business days in) they do not respond to emails, or phone calls. Of course the charge did go through— the only thing they managed to do.”

“Stuhrling appears to be unable to return items after service under warranty, to European customers.
This means that once the watch has been serviced, it is sent to EU customs where the customs process fails due to lack of supporting documents and the watch is returned to Stuhrling.
I have been in this loop for more than 1.5 years and they just failed in their second attempt to return my watch.
My conclusion: Stuhrling are not able to deal with customers who live in the EU.”
“On June 28, 2020 I purchased a watch from Stuhrling Originals, a model Depthmaster 893 Automatic 42mm Diver - 893.03. The advertisement on the watch claimed to be a Swiss movement, it turned out to be a copy of a Swiss movement manufactured in China. No sooner had I received the watch it was loosing 4 - 5 minutes per week, I decided to wait a few weeks before requesting an RMA hopping that, being an automatic, it would correct itself by the movement of my wrist. Such was not the case. In February/2021 I sent the watch in at a cost of $12.75. I was sent an email on February 24th that my watch was received and processed, also informing me that the repair will take 6 weeks, in the same email they were asking for $20.00 for shipping and handling, an excuse used by companies to make extra profit. This same watch was being sold by Amazon for $79.00 and I paid $255.00 through Stuhrling. On March 11th,2021 I received an email stating watch repaired and claiming the $20.00. I called and told them I was not going to send it and if that was the case to keep the watch. As such, I was informed that if I had sent it in within 60 days of the problem arising, the company would have forgiven the $20.00. I stated that, what was just said to me I wasn't aware of that rule, that it shouldn't matter whether it was 60, 90, 120 or 365 days the watch still had a valid warrantee. The girl on the phone stated that they would keep the watch until I pay the $20.00, I told them to keep it because I wasn't going to pay. The watch didn't cost me $255, it cost me, so far, $255+12.75 or $267.75, and if I pay the $20.00 it will then become $287.75. My advice to anyone who read this, and you like the watches Stuhrling markets, buy them through Amazon, you might have some recourse. To me this was an expensive lesson.”
