I am happy with the my new watch itself. However my initial experience was very poor. I was charged a significant amount of duty to get my watch, which I understand was out of your control. However, a message indicating that duty would be charged on top of the listed price would be courteous.
Also, please indicate which currency the cost of the watch will be charged in. Also courteous.
Finally, I was sent the watch with a dead battery. Which meant I incurred an additional cost of $10 for a new battery and had to go to the trouble of getting it replaced. Not the way I wanted start my experience with a new watch.
If there is anything that can be done to help fix this poor experience, that would be great.
