Watch looks good but I am disappointed with the product, the reasons are as follows; I noticed corrosion spots on Strap, send them pictures and called Stuhrling customer care, spoke to Rivky, she said try to get it off and if it doesn’t come off please send it back so they can replace, I have to pay for the shipment. Second reason is, I paid customs and duties of $38CAD, they told me they would refund it back but I haven’t got any refund since. I keep getting automated emails from Mark Burton, their Director of Owner Experience but I didn’t receive any response from him when I send pictures of rust on strap. Another issue I just noticed is the strap doesn’t always align with the buckle while snapping it to lock.
