According to Severn Trent they are one of the cheapest water providers in the country. I think they are extremely disillusioned by this statement.
I recently queried their cubic meter cost as it is about 50% more expensive than my previous London supplier. Severn Trent say the charges are correct. How can they get away with this? Daylight robbery!
I have given 1 star as their Customer Services representatives are good.
