To whom it may concern, On18th Jun 2024, 9.31am, I have called this company called Severn Trent to come and clear the sewage, drainage, since that time and date all I get is appologies and delays. Friday the 21st Jine I was called to let me know in 10 minutes they will arrive at the property, no one actually came, how sad. Remember, from the 18th until the 21st no one called at all, I wasn't expecting to be cheered by them but at least call and inform why you cant come. They opened a job to look busy, they server to look like they do something, but, as it looks, they are useless. Severn Trent charges me over £40/months and all we get is.....no services for what we pay. The most unprofessional, unethical, and disappointing company. Absolutely waste of time and money, if you have a chance to go with other providers, please do that, avoid this company at all costs. I have thebooerariors names too but that will go into the former complaint so they can see my records PS: nothing against the operators, they only.dp their job within a low self respect company.
