Placed an order for $130, but their website wouldn't allow me to add a company name to the delivery address. No problem, dropped them an email explaining, but was told they can't update PayPal orders. I further explained I'm not after the delivery address changing, just the company name adding as there are multiple businesses at the delivery address - and their website wouldn't let me add a company name. Their reply, the same as the first time - they will not even write the company name on the parcel before it's dispatched. They're not capable of something as simple as adding a company name to an existing delivery address (not a change of address, just adding a name!). Now waiting for my refund, I'll go to someone that can actually help customers.
