I received the 1 QT of Summit Hot Rod Satin Clear SUM-UP205Q that I purchased online. It was received with semi-dryed paint around the lead and in the box. It was promptly replaced with another leaking can. Since they cannot take back leaking products, I have to overpack the two cans of paint in a 5-gal drum with absorbent and deliver it to my local Hazardous Waste site at my own expense and time.
