Don't ever live in North Point Estates it is poorly run. The best manager retired (Will Smith) he was alwayse on top of things. The last 2 Managers were Stacey and Brad. Stacey was the drug addict you go into the office and it smell like Marijuana. She was driving impaired. Never took care of the park. Brad well what can you say he only inforced the rules to a chosen few. I was written up seemed like 3 to4 times a month. Was told that I had to many cars at my home. Also unable to fix my car. But he had people fixing his personel cars (double headed coin.) He played favors just like a child. Everytime you turn around he closed the office. Seemed like the job was to much for him. DON'T MOVE TO NORTH POINT ESTATES
