Holly Forest Estates…would not recomend purchasing a home there. Rules for some and not others. Toxic people that think they run the place, and talk about everyone! Cats every where! Lot rent goes up every year and you have NOTHING to show for that money. Property manager is difficult and a piece of work. Save your money and buy a real home!!
