My partner and I applied to move into a trailer here. We provided all the needed information and filled out an application. We were told no one was ahead of us in line and that we had provided everything needed and would great back from them shortly. After hearing nothing back for a week and a half, we called back to check the status of our application, just to be told someone came in after us and applied as well, and they decided to give it to the other person instead. When we tried to find out why, the lady who was helping us basically said they messed up handling our application and there is nothing they can do. Very unprofessional, with no real reason why we weren't approved just excuses.
