The pools/spas were closed by the health department in our Florida Sun Community. According to the office we were missing safety equipment and the pools needed automatic feeders for the chemicals to meet pool standards. It was shared a long time ago the pool equipment needed updated but Sun has never done it. This could have all been done during the cold months, estimates obtained in advance so downtime was as little as possible etc. Now one of the most used amenities homeowners pay for are not available. Think twice before buying in one of their communities.
