Placed my order on Feb the 11th. Was called on Feb 12th. Was told I would have them in 7 days. Chatted to customer service on Sunday night who said they would get back to me Monday as they had to contact the lab, had to contact customer service again on the Tuesday as I wasn't contacted as promised. I was advised I was misinformed about the 7 days, but they'd contact the lab and try get them quicker. Here I am 15 days after placing the order with absolutely no indication as to when I will receive my glasses. Anyone I have spoke to has been extremely pleasant to deal with, but the companies lack of contact around orders is very poor. Could have went to most other opticians and had my glasses within a week, of not 2 hours.
