I ordered online and Jodie emailed me straight away to say that they would be delayed by about 2wks. Really appreciated the communication (in fairness with this weather there was no hurry) got them but the style didn't suit me. I emailed Jodie and she advised that I can drop them instore or post them back. Wasn't sure when the shops would open, so I posted them back. Robbie the owner, called me to let me know he received the order and that the shop was indeed open (I had said in my note I wanted to get a different pair) Jodie was so helpful when I went in on bank holiday Monday. Could not recommend you guys enough!!! Will be back again
